look what I made! The kid, not the hat. I think both were pretty well made! (The hat was a gift for C when he was a baby.) I promised a cute sweater in Malabrigo sock. Here it is. I”ve been trying to write this post for the last three weeks. Every time [...] So, yesterday we really put it on. We have been trying for the last few weeks to get our house sale ready, which involves a lot of little annoying jobs that, lucky for me, Husband has taken on. (I think that keeping this house civil, with a 2 and half year old and a 2 [...] birthday greetings today… May the Father up in Heaven bless and keep you always…” This is what we sang after the ever so cheerful “Happy Birthday” when we were in elementary school. While “Happy Birthday” was upbeat and positive, “Birthday Greetings” was much more Calvinistic… somber, bottom notes, unblinking and in retrospect, quite depressing. Again, [...] |
